Erben Investments Ltd. Is a private Israeli company, which started as a family business in the '70 of the previous century and became a limited liability in 1984.

The company built over the years a hundred of thousands of sq.m for various purposes, such as residential, industrial, commercial and offices buildings.

During its activity, the company and its shareholders developed and marketed  over 1,000 residential units, offices and commercial buildings, and also renewal, renovation and stabilization of old buildings.

The company purchases plots of land, designs, develops and markets apartments to the public.

Erben investments Ltd. is a real-estate development company, with a rich experience and knowledge. For many years, the company was acting also as the main contractor in the projects it developed, and for that it was categorized with the Israeli contractors registrar as unlimited scope.
